Amazing Trip to Nepal with great host!!!

We visited Nepal in late September and had contacted Massif Holidays a few months back, while organising our trip. A group of 10 people, we wanted to make sure that we have arranged transport, guides, porters and accommodation prior to arriving, in order to spare ourselves the time and efforts to arrange everything on site. We chose Massif Holidays for their good reviews, quick responses to emails/chats and the great price they offered for our trip. All arrangements went very well and we quickly settled on an itinerary that suited our stay and budget. Happy to say they delivered everything as promised and our trip was very well planned! We stayed in Nepal for 10 days (9 nights), four of which in Kathmandu, four in the mountains, doing the Poon Hill Trek, and two in Pokhara. We were welcomed by Bijay and Dambar, the two owners of the agency and they had really taken care of everything relevant to the trip - booked hotels, arranged very good private transport for our group throughout the whole trip, porters, etc. In Kathmandu and Pokhara, they showed us around the main heritage sites, giving good cultural background, for us to understand the places. One of them was with us at all times, so we could always ask to go somewhere, or do something that was not planned as well and they would always see to our requests. The best part of the trip was the 4-day Poon Hill trek, where Dambar was our guide - and an excellent one. He knew loads about the places we visited, told us many details and interesting stories about Nepal and the mountains in general. The pinnacle of our trip was the vies from Poon Hill - watching the sun rise behind some of the highest mountains in the world - real breathtaking experience. I'd really recommend Massif Holidays to anyone wishing to visit Nepal for cultural and/or trekking purposes. The guides are well experienced, easy to communicate with, friendly and ready to help with anything before and during the trip. Overall - a great visit and when I go back to do a base camp trip in Nepal, without a doubt, I'd be using their service! :)
