This day you will be introduced with your tour and trekking guide and complete some formalities before starting sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. You will visit four popular places in Kathmandu Valley - Monkey Temple – Swyambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath.
Early in the morning, you will transfer to the airport for taking a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa. The views of the great Himalayas will create some amazing moments. Arriving at Gonggar airport, Tibetian guide will receive you and transfer to Lhasa.
After having breakfast, we proceed towards Potala Palace (palace of Dalai Lama), Jokhang Monastery, and to Bharkhor market. Sightseeing around these popular places let you know about the culture, tradition, and lifestyle of Tibetian people.
Today, we will be heading towards the Tibet second largest city – Shigatse. Passing through the spectacular places along with observing the beauty of nature after 7 hours of the drive we will reach Shigatse.
Early in the morning, we will be following the road towards Saga (Kyakyaru). You will be passing through some of the beautiful villages, some high passes, and a lake. The scenic drive of around 6-7 hours will take to Saga.
This will be an interesting day as we are traveling to the astonishing place to witness the incredible beauty of Lake Manasarovar and Mt. Kailash. After around 8 hours of drive, we will reach to Chiu Gompa and observe the beauty of the surrounding.
Today, we will perform some rituals in Lake Manosarovar. In the morning we will be taking holy bath and doing puja and after completing rites and rituals with having a mesmerizing view of great massifs we will be traveling back to Darchen.
Early in the morning, after having breakfast we will be taking a short off-road drive to Sherson/ Yamadwar. Sherson is regarded as the base camp of Mt. Kailash. From Sherson we will start our short trek to Diraphuk which will be interesting for you.
Today, at early in the morning, from Dhiraphuk we will be trekking to the amazing spot Zuthulphuk. The trek will be interesting and thrilling as following the trail you will be passing through Dolma-La Pass.
From, Zuthulphuk we will have a short trek all the way to Darchen. After reaching Darchen we will be heading towards Saga which will be a scenic drive for you.
Today, we will be following the same road to Shigatse. After having breakfast at Saga we will take a scenic drive to Shigatse. Again you can observe the picturesque view of charming nature.
After having a great time at Shigatse, we will be retracing back to Lhasa following the northern route that bestows with an amazing view of enchanting nature and surroundings.
Early in the morning, we will take a return flight to Kathmandu from Lhasa which will be a scenic flight over the great Himalayas.
